Invoice line item descriptions are overwritten when exporting to QuickBooks

Question

When I export an invoice to QuickBooks, the line entry description is overwritten. Why?

Answer

In the export modal, there is a toggled called USE QUICKBOOKS PRODUCT/SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS. If toggled on, the line entry descriptions will be overwritten with the description of the chosen QuickBooks product/service. 

Descriptions for each product/service can be added in QuickBooks. If there is not a product/service description entered in QuickBooks, the original description entered in Forecast will retain.
