Why are some BambooHR users not visible in the dropdown list when I try to import them into Forecast?

A BambooHR user is not visible in the dropdown list when I try to import it into Forecast. Why is that?

Answer

1. In BambooHR, verify that your user has visibility over the BambooHR user.

2. In Forecast, verify if the BambooHR user is not already linked to another existing Team Member profile, possibly in the 'Deactivated' section (this section is collapsed by default).
