Question
A user has approved time-off in HiBob but it is not appearing in Forecast, why?
Answer
If approved time-off is not appearing in Forecast, check the following:
Profile Links
Confirm the Forecast user profile is linked with HiBob. Successfully linked profiles display the HiBob logo under Integrations.
To check a profile link
- Click Admin.
- Select Resources from the dropdown.
- Scroll to the team member in question.
- Confirm the HiBob logo appears under Integrations.
If a user profile is not linked, time-off will not sync from HiBob to Forecast.
To link a Forecast profile with HiBob
- Click Admin.
- Select Resources from the dropdown.
- Click on the user's name to open the profile.
- Scroll down to HiBob.
- Select the user from the dropdown.
- The profile is now linked and will display the HiBob logo on the Admin > Resources > People page.
- Any time-off previously approved in HiBob will need to be re-entered in order to sync it with Forecast.
API Service User Permissions
Confirm the HiBob integration API Service User has permission to access the user in HiBob.
