BambooHR time-off type isn't appearing in Forecast

Question

I am trying to link a time-off type from BambooHR to Forecast. The time-off time does not appear under Import from BambooHR or in the Link to BambooHR dropdown. Why?

Answer

The time-off type was not created by the BambooHR for Forecast integration user. Time-off types must be created by the user who connected the integration in order to appear for importing or linking.

To resolve:

1. Find the integration user.
2. Ask the integration user to create the time-off type in BambooHR. 
3. Refresh Forecast.
4. From Admin, select Time Management from the dropdown. 
5. Scroll down to Time off. 
6. The time-off type will now appear in Import from Bamboo or Link to BambooHR. 
   
   

If you are the integration user and are still having issues with visibility over BambooHR time-off types, please submit a new case request with Forecast Support.
