Phases and tasks do not come over to DevOps after linking a project to Forecast

I linked a Forecast project to a DevOps project. Why are my Forecast tasks not coming over to DevOps?

Answer

If a project in Forecast already had Phases and Tasks before being linked to a project in Azure DevOps, then tasks (issues) that predate the link will not be automatically moved to Azure DevOps. However, phases in Forecast projects are being sent to DevOps projects even if they were created before the two projects were linked.
