Why is time logged directly onto a JIRA Epic not syncing over to Forecast?
Answer
Time reported on Jira epics will NOT sync to Forecast if:
- You sync the Forecast project to a Jira project and choose to sync Jira Epics as Forecast phases.
- You sync the Forecast project to a Jira epic.
Time reported on Jira epics WILL sync to Forecast if:
- You sync the Forecast project to a Jira project and choose to sync Jira Versions/Releases as Forecast phases.
