Annual leave and sick leave is not appearing in Forecast?

For some reason, the Bamboo integration is not working, and people's annual leave and sick leave is not appearing in Forecast.

In these cases make sure that the time off is synced in BambooHR, otherwise it will not appear in Forecast.
