Tasks "Created by JIRA" do not contain the "JIRA Issue" link, why?

Question

In a project, there are tasks that show "Created by JIRA" but they do not include the "JIRA Issue" link. Why?

Answer

Tasks created by syncing a Forecast project with JIRA will appear as "Created by JIRA". These tasks will also display "JIRA Issue" within the task modal. 

If the sync with JIRA is disconnected, tasks created via the sync remain in Forecast. These tasks will continue to appear as "Created by JIRA" however the "JIRA Issue" link will no longer be present or displayed in task modal. These tasks will instead display as "Move to JIRA".
