Can I sync Halted or Done stage projects with JIRA?

Question

Some of the projects we’ve synced with JIRA have been moved to Halted or Done stages but they are no longer updating/syncing with JIRA, why?

Answer

It is not possible to change, edit or update a project in Halted or Done stage. These projects are “locked” for editing and thus they will no longer sync with JIRA or be updated via the integration. 

If the project should continue to sync with JIRA, change the project stage in Forecast from Halted or Done to Planning or Running.
