Question
We have connected our Harvest account with Forecast via the integration, but we no longer user Harvest and I want to disable the connection.
Will I lose all of our historical project/time data that has synced from Harvest into my Forecast projects if I disconnect the integration?
Answer
No. Time registration data that was synced from Harvest to Forecast while the integration was active, will remain in Forecast will remain in Forecast after the integration is disconnected.
Disconnecting and reconnecting Forecast with Harvest is not recommended. Doing so may result in duplication of time registration data.
If you need to disconnect and reconnect your Forecast account with Harvest, please reach out to your Account Manager or Forecast Support before doing so in order to review and understand all implications that may occur as result of the reconnection.
