'Import JIRA Users' throws error and doesn't import/create a new Forecast profile. Why?

I am trying to use Import JIRA Users in Resources but I am getting an Oops error. Why?

Answer

Import JIRA Users creates user profiles as Virtual Resources.  In order to import users from JIRA, your account must have enough Virtual Resource seats available. If there are no Virtual User seats available, the import will not process, Forecast user profiles will not be created and the platform Oops error will display.

To workaround: use Create New Team Member and manually set up the new user profile.

If you wish to bulk import users from JIRA using Import JIRA Users but are unable to do so due limited seat availability within your account, please reach out to your Forecast Account Manager.
