How can I see the full task hierarchy in Forecast for a Jira issue?

 

Answer

This comes down to whether Phases should be synched as Epics or as Versions/Releases
  • If Phases are synched as epics (and vice versa), then Epics will not be a part of the hierarchy.
  • If Phases are synched as Versions/Releases,  then Epics will be synched as normal tasks and will be bare of the task hierarchy.
