What’s New
Previously, a linked Salesforce Account or HubSpot Company synced client details such as Name, Address, Website and Region to its Forecast Client.
We’ve now extended this to Contacts. Contacts associated with a Salesforce Account or HubSpot Company now sync automatically as Contacts on the matching Forecast Client.
- Contacts sync when a client is first linked or imported, and keep syncing as your Salesforce or HubSpot data changes. New contacts, and edits to a contact’s synced fields, appear on the Forecast Client automatically.
- Sync is one-way, from Salesforce or HubSpot to Forecast. Contacts created or edited directly in Forecast don’t sync back.
- Only contacts associated with the linked Account or Company sync to that client. Other contacts in your CRM aren’t pulled in.
You’ll find synced contacts on any client profile under Clients.

Why This Matters
Sales and account teams often maintain the most current point-of-contact information in Salesforce or HubSpot.
Now that detail flows straight into Forecast, so your client records reflect the same contacts your commercial team already keeps up to date. That means less duplicate data entry and less risk of stale client records.
See your synced contacts under Clients, on any client linked to a Salesforce Account or HubSpot Company.
