Six-Minute Time Rounding Increment

You can now round time entries to the nearest 6 minutes, in addition to the existing options (1 minute, 15 minutes, 1 hour, 1 day).

Why it matters

Many professional services firms bill in tenths of an hour — the standard convention across professional services work.

Previously, the closest available rounding option was 15 minutes, which could overstate shorter time entries. The 6-minute increment lets teams capture and bill time in the unit their clients already expect to see.

How it works

• Go to Admin > Time Management and select 6 minutes as your rounding increment.

• New time registrations will round up to the next 6-minute boundary.

• Time entries recorded before the change are not affected — only new entries use the updated setting.
