Deliverable Reporting in the Project Performance Report

The Project Performance report now includes reporting broken down by Deliverable, so you can see how each Deliverable on a project is performing.

This gives you visibility into which deliverables are taking the most time, how accurately they're being estimated and priced, and which are the most and least profitable.

What's New 

• On projects using Deliverables, the report is now grouped by Deliverable > Phase > Role
• Projects not using Deliverables are unaffected and keep the current Phase > Role grouping

How the report is organized

On projects using Deliverables, results are grouped like this:

Project > Deliverable > Phase > Role

On projects not using Deliverables, grouping stays the same as before:

Project > Phase > Role
