Control AI access by permission profile

Admins can now decide which roles in their company have access to AI features. Instead of turning AI on or off for everyone at once, you can set AI access on each permission profile, giving you finer control over who uses AI tools in Forecast.

What’s new at a glance

• AI access permission: A new permission on the Permissions page lets you turn AI features on or off for individual permission profiles.
• No change for existing users: Everyone keeps AI access by default until you choose to restrict it.

Set AI access per profile

You’ll find the new AI access permission on the Permissions page, alongside your other permissions. Set it for each profile the same way you would any other permission.

Note: Existing users keep AI access by default, so nothing changes until you choose to restrict a profile.
