Following the recent Improved Clients & Contacts release, client record syncing now brings over even more of the data your sales and account teams already maintain in Salesforce and HubSpot.

What's New
Previously, only a client's Name and Address synced between a linked Salesforce Account or HubSpot company and its Forecast client. We've now extended this to include Website and Region.
You'll find synced client data on any client profile under Clients.
HubSpot → Forecast
| Forecast Field | HubSpot Field |
|---|---|
| Client Website | Company – Website URL |
| Client Region/County/State | Company – State/Region |
Salesforce → Forecast
| Forecast Field | Salesforce Field |
|---|---|
| Client Name | Account – Name |
| Client Address – Street Address | Account – Address – Street Address |
| Client Address – City | Account – Address – City |
| Client Address – Zip | Account – Address – Postal Code |
| Client Address – Country | Account – Address – Country |
| Client Address – Region/State/County | Account – Address – State/Province |
| Client Website | Account – Website |
This update is generally available to all customers — there's nothing to turn on.
Note: If you’re currently using the Salesforce integration, you’ll need to manually upgrade your Salesforce package before the synced fields will be available. To do this, go to your Salesforce Integration configuration page and look for the “Upgrade available” banner.
Why This Matters
Sales and account teams often maintain the most current company details in Salesforce or HubSpot.
Now that detail flows straight into Forecast, your client records reflect the same website and region information your commercial team already keeps up to date — reducing duplicate data entry and the risk of stale client records.
See the new fields under Clients, on any client linked to a Salesforce Account or HubSpot company.
