I have attached files to tasks. How can I download these attachments?

Some of our  projects have tasks that contain file attachments. Can I download them from Forecast?

Answer

Yes. Each project contains a Files page. Files includes all files uploaded directly to a project and any files attached to the project's tasks. For more information on project files, see Sharing Files in Forecast. 

To download a project's files

1. Click Projects in the top bar. 
2. Select All Projects from the dropdown. 
3. Open the project where the files exist. 
4. Select Files from the left side panel. 
5. A list of all files will appear. This list includes files uploaded directly to the project or attached to a task. 
6. Tick the box to the left of each file you wish to download. 
7. Click Bulk Edit at the top right. 
8. Select Download from the dropdown. 
   
9. A zip file will appear in Downloads. 
10. Open the zip file to view/manage the downloaded project files.
