Why am I unable to share an Analytics dashboard with a user?

I have granted Advanced Analytics Viewer permissions to a team member. However, when I try to share an AvA dashboard with them, their name does not appear in the list.

Answer

This is happening because their Forecast profile is not linked to an Advanced Analytics user.

The team member will have to access Analytics at least once to generate their user.
The Advanced Analytics section of their team member profile will then look like this:

Once their Analytics user has been created, you will be able to share dashboards with them.
