"Not enough Advanced Analytics seats" message, but there is one free seat left.

Question

We have 2 Designer seats in AvA and only 1 of these licenses is currently assigned to a team member. However, when trying to grant Designer permissions to a second user, Forecast says "Not enough Advanced Analytics seats".

Answer

This may happen if the second Designer seat was previously assigned to a Forecast user whose AvA permissions were removed, but the AvA user was not deleted in the team member's profile.
In this case, the Designer seat will not be released.

To release the Designer seat you can either:

• Delete the Analytics user of the former AvA Designer (in their Team Member profile).
• Assign a Viewer seat to the former AvA Designer.
