Why is Advanced Analytics reporting an inaccurate amount of hours for my time off allocation?
Answer
This is likely due to public holidays. Time off hours allocated to public holidays will not be included in the value returned by the Person Time Off Minutes field in Advanced Analytics.
In Forecast, time off and public holidays are mutually exclusive: hours registered on public holidays do not count towards time off.
For example, if you allocate 40 hours of time off to a week that includes one holiday, Advanced Analytics will report 32 hours of time off. It will report the total amount of hours you can see in the Team Member Timesheet (screenshot 1), even though the People Schedule page includes the holiday hours in the time off allocation total (screenshot 2).
