Managers can:
- Access assigned projects
- Create new projects
- Create, view and edit tasks in assigned projects
- Create phases, sprints and workflow columns in assigned projects
- Create expenses
- View personal utilization
- Register time for themselves and others
- View/edit their team's work and time registrations
- Approve Timesheets (requires project ownership)
- Access People Schedule
- View/manage resource utilization of project team members
- Access Reports
- View revenue-only Financials
- Manage project Baseline, Budget and Retainer Periods in assigned projects
- Create/manage Invoices
