What happens to data in Forecast when a user profile is deactivated?
Answer
Deactivating a user does not remove any data associated with that user from the platform. Deactivated users do not appear in People Schedule; however, their historical project allocations are still available in the Utilization Report, as long as the selected time period includes when the user was active. Deactivated users also do not appear in platform filters. Instead, use a grouping within the report rather than a filter.
