Learn how to set up the Client Workspace for one of your clients, including the branding your client sees and which information is shown to them.
The workspace is configured once per client. The branding and feature settings you choose apply to every project that client can see in their workspace, and there is no per-project override.

Opening a client's workspace settings
From the top navigation, go to Clients > Clients.
Select the client you want to set up.
In the left sidebar, select Workspace.
The Client Workspace page opens. It has three sections: Branding, Feature Flags and Workspace users.
Setting your branding
Branding controls how the workspace looks to your client and how your invitation emails appear.
Portal logo: Replaces Forecast branding in the workspace header and invitation emails for this client. Falls back to the Forecast default if none is uploaded.
Primary color (hex): Used for buttons, active states and highlights in this client's workspace.
Email sender name: The display name on outbound workspace invitations and notifications for this client.
Feature flags
The Feature Flags section lets you decide which information and actions are available to this client. These settings override your firm-wide defaults for this client only.
Tick or untick each option, then select Save.
