Nova Insights: Team Focus

Nova Insights gives you a quick, easy, and understandable overview of how your projects are running. Immediately see how each part of your project is faring with our traffic light system, and dive deeper into where you need to take action with our intelligent insights.

With the use of Nova Insights Team focus functionality, project managers have the ability to see if their resources are usually registering more or less time than allocated for a project.

Overview of Team Focus 

Our AI analyzes how much time your team spent on the project over the last 30 days, compared to allocations.
When a team member's time registration matches the allocation, their focus is set to 100%.

Accessing Team Focus

Nova Insights is available for every project in Forecast, except for connected projects. The team focus feature will be accessible once a person has been allocated to the project and registered time in the previous 30 days.

To access Team Focus

1. Click on Projects from the top bar.
2. Select All Projects from the dropdown.
3. Select your project.
4. In the left side panel, select Nova Insights.
5. Click on Team Focus to review the insights.
