Overview of the Pipedrive for Forecast Integration
The Pipedrive for Forecast integration features a two-way data flow, allowing you to align your sales department and project delivery teams. In the diagram below, the arrows show which platform the data comes from and where it syncs to.

- Align Sales & PM Teams. Empower your sales team by having them convert their proposals into a Baseline plan in Forecast before the project even begins and ensure a well defined handover to the PM teams.

- Transfer deal activities to the Forecast project. Choose which types of deal activities you want to create as tasks in the Forecast project.
