Connect the Pipedrive for Forecast integration to align your sales department and project delivery teams. When Pipedrive deals reach a specific stage, they can be automatically imported as Forecast projects along with client information and deal activity. Deal activities become tasks in Forecast, making it easier for your team to collaborate. Organizations from Pipedrive can also be imported as Forecast clients, providing a single source of truth for your client records.

Connecting the Pipedrive Integration
To connect the Pipedrive for Forecast integration, you must have Administrator permission in both Forecast and Pipedrive.
To activate the Pipedrive integration
- Click Admin.
- Select Integrations from the dropdown.
- Scroll down to Sales & CRM.
- Click Pipedrive.
- In the Pipedrive integration page, click Activate.
- Login to Pipedrive to authorize the integration.
- Confirm the Pipedrive account and review the required permissions.
- Click Allow and Install.
- The integration is now active.
Accessing Forecast Project Information in Pipedrive
Once the integration is connected, 21 custom project properties automatically appear in Pipedrive deals under Details. These fields, referred to as Forecast Project Information, sync from the Forecast project associated with the Pipedrive deal. Changes made to these fields in Pipedrive do not sync back to Forecast.
The table below defines each of the project information properties created by Forecast.

To access the Forecast Project Information fields in Pipedrive, open the deal and expand Details.
Select which fields to include in the deal using Customize Fields, accessible from the three-dot menu under Details.
