Subscription provides an overview of your account plan and user licensing details.

Accessing your subscription details
Subscription displays your current plan, your contract term including its start and end dates and your Customer Success Manager (CSM) along with licensing details such as your total seat count, seat type breakdown and number of seats available for assignment.
To access your subscription details
- Click Admin in the top bar.
- Select Subscription from the dropdown.
- Subscription details your account plan, contract details and CSM.
- Licensing details seat types including how many seats are available for assignment.
Adding user seats to your subscription
You can add seats to your account from the Licensing section of Subscription. Seats are added by Admin users and will increase the cost of your subscription. If you have any questions about adding seats or their associated costs, please reach out to your CSM.
To add seats to your subscription
- Click Admin in the top bar.
- Select Subscription from the dropdown.
- Under Licensing, click Add Seats.
- Complete the form, confirm the additional cost warning and click Add.
