New View-only permissions for custom permission profiles

We have rolled out four view-only permissions that grant access to resourcing pages without requiring permission to "Manage projects." The pages are:

• View All Timelines Page
• View People Schedule Page
• View Demand Page
• View Capacity Overview Page

Another new feature is the 'Read data access for all projects and programs' permission. This permission, when granted, allows you to view data from all projects and programs in resourcing pages, reports, and AvA. However, it's important to note that you can only access these areas if you have the necessary permissions.

Single source of truth for time off

We have also rolled out functionality to consolidate time off in Forecast into a single source of truth.

Previously, there was no way to mirror time-off entered in timesheets into the schedule pages as a time-off allocation. With this release, time off is automatically mirrored, or linked, between allocations and timesheets, providing a more accessible, more reliable and more accurate source of truth on time-off off and, subsequently, of resource utilisation and billable utilisation.
