Improvements for utilization figures in the Utilization Report

See the breakdown of utilization percentages by the different sources
Previously, utilization percentages were shown at the resource level but not broken down in the rows below the resource for projects and internal time categories. This was a significant gap in our reporting. Now, with the new update, you can easily see at a glance how the utilization of a given resource breaks down into the different sources. This is particularly useful when a resource is overbooked at 110%. You can now easily identify if one project is accounting for 80% of the demand.

Do scenario-based analysis by excluding projects
Previously, if you excluded projects, the utilization percentages were hidden. Now they are shown, so you can see what happens to utilization figures if you exclude certain projects or all projects in given stages, e.g. Opportunity and Planning.
