Improved retainer invoicing

This one's for all the retainer-heads out there. You know who you are.

A retainer period can now be invoiced in advance of locking the period

This is useful for any customer that wants to invoice retainers "upfront" (e.g. at the beginning of the month rather than at the end)

Users can now bulk-create draft invoices for multiple periods at once

Imagine a fixed-price retainer, always invoicing $5k per month, running for 12 months. Previously, you had to wait until each month was over, lock the period, and then invoice it. Now you can create all 12 draft invoices in one bulk action.
