Improved user creation

You can now create users in Forecast, assign roles, permissions, teams, departments, projects and whatever else you need to do, and only then send out the invitation emails. 

(Optional) Mandatory Timesheet Reminder emails

Remind your team submit timesheets on time regardless of their email notification settings! Don't worry, we're making timesheets a whole lot better :)
