Visualizations
SLA Achievement Rate A gauge showing the percentage of tickets resolved within your SLA target for the selected period, compared against your account's configured target.
Tickets Created vs. Resolved A line chart tracking ticket volume over the selected period, with created and resolved tickets shown separately so you can see whether your queue is growing or shrinking. SLA breaches are highlighted alongside the trend.
Data table
Below the visualizations, a table lists tickets matching your current filters, with a Totals row at the top summarizing the period (count, percent resolved, SLA achievement, and median resolution time).
Default columns include: ID, Subject, Requester, Assignee, Status, Priority, Channel, Project, Created date, and SLA state.
