This guide covers the settings available to workspace Admins for configuring Tickets.
Settings
From Admin > Tickets > Settings:
General:
Email:
Admins can configure:
Setting |
What it does |
|---|---|
Auto-close |
Automatically closes tickets with no activity after a set number of days |
SLA thresholds |
Your response and resolution time targets, which can be set in hours or days. |
Auto-reply template |
The message sent to customers when a ticket is created |
Auto-Reply on Resolved Tickets |
The message sent to customers when a ticket is is resolved |
Support email address |
The inbound address that turns emails into tickets. The email address is created based on your deployment. We can change this upon request. Our recommendation is to set up a redirect within your email address (for example, support@mybusiness.com redirecting to mybusiness@tickets.forecast.app), so your customers see a consistent, branded email address. See Admin Settings for Tickets to configure it. |
Note: Changes to these settings apply workspace-wide and take effect immediately.
Where to go next
Tickets is available as a paid add-on module. To enable it for your team or talk through pricing, reach out to your Account Manager.
