All Projects is a central dashboard where you can view, manage, and filter your projects.

All Projects
All Projects is accessible from the Projects tab. All Projects is available for team members and guest users and displays projects assigned to the logged-in user. For Admins and users with custom permission, All Projects contains every project within the organization.
To access All Projects
- Click Projects in the navigation bar.
- Select All Projects from the dropdown.
Projects are displayed in list or card view. Each row typically includes:
- Project Name
- Client
- Project Status
- Start/End Dates
- Budget usage (hour, cost or both)
- Progress indicators (percentage complete or burn rate)
Eye (Show/Hide)
Add or remove project details using the Eye (Show/Hide) menu. The options within the Eye depend on your permissions and the view you've selected (list/card).
The following project details are available in List view:
- Financials: Billable Time, Cost, Fixed Price, Rate Card, Win Probability
- Labels
- Project Basics: Client, Priority, Project Owner, Status
- Project Dates
- Scope: Approved/Total Scope, Progress, Remaining, Variance to Estimate
- Tasks: # of Done/Total
- Time Registrations
Filters
You can filter projects by:
- Budget Type
- Priority Level
- Client
- Project stage or status
- Progress
- Labels
Save frequently used filters for future application.
Search
A search bar lets you quickly find a project by name or keyword.
Sorting Options
Columns are sortable (e.g., sort by start date, end date, progress). Click a column header to arrange in ascending or descending order.
Quick Actions
From each row/project, you may have access to:
- Opening the project
- Viewing financials
Utilization & Financial Insights
For each project, you might see time tracking data, budget vs. actuals, and financial health indicators.
New Project
At the top right, New Project lets you create a new project from scratch or from a template.
