I received an invite email with a link but when I try to click it, I receive a message indicating the link is no longer active, why?
Answer
The invitation email link from Forecast is valid for one-time use. If you see the above message, it means the link was already used to create your account, likely when the email invitation was initially received. When the invite link is used for the first time, it redirects the recipient to the account creation page. Any attempts to access Forecast using this same link will result in seeing the message, 'The Link Is No Longer Active' . To access the Forecast platform after creating your account, go to forecast.app, click Login and enter your account credentials.
If you are still unable to login, please contact your Forecast account Admin to verity that your user exists in the platform or reach out to Forecast Support for assistance in receiving a password reset email notification.
