Getting started with the Forecast PSA mobile app

The Forecast PSA mobile app lets you log time and manage your assigned work from your phone. It's available for both iOS and Android, and gives you quick access to your timesheet and every task assigned to you across all of your projects.

What you can do in the app

• Log and manage time: view your timesheet, log time, edit or delete entries, and submit your timesheet.
• Work with your tasks: see everything assigned to you in one list, filter it by project, sprint, or workflow status, and edit task details directly from the task.
• Create tasks: add new tasks to a project while you're on the go.

Download the app

1. Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your device.
2. Search for Accelo Forecast PSA.
3. Tap Get (iOS) or Install (Android).

Note: The app uses Forecast PSA's blue logo. If you previously used an older version of the app with a purple logo, look for the blue icon.

Sign in

1. Open the Forecast PSA app.
2. Enter the email address and password you use to sign in to Forecast PSA on the web.
3. Tap Sign in.

Refresh your data

To make sure you're seeing the latest updates from your team, pull down on any list to refresh it.
