Skills can be assigned by Admins or individual users within their user profiles. Once skills are created, bulk apply from Admin or instruct individual users to review their profiles and add the skills they posses.

Assigning Skills and Levels to Team Members
Skills and levels can be assigned to team members by an Admin or an individual's Profile page.
To assign or update Skills and Levels (from Admin)
- Click Admin in the top bar.
- Select Resources from the dropdown.
- Click Skills.
- Click on the skill name you wish to assign.
- A new window will open displaying the skill name, category and any previously assigned team members.
- In People, select the team members to assign to the skill.
- The team member will appear at the top of the People list.
- Users without corresponding skill levels will appear with a gray bubble and ? next to the skill.
- Hover over the skill bubble and click the three dots.
- Select the correct level for the team member.
- Review all other team members listed and adjust level as needed.
- Once all team members have been added/reviewed, click Save.
Note: Users and All Levels enables filtering for the selected skill. Display team members with the skill assigned using Active Users, Users, Virtual Resources and Deactivated or select a specific level. - Admins can also apply skills within an individual team member's profile, following the same steps as outlined below, with the exception of accessing via Admin > Resources > People instead of the Profile icon.
To assign or update Skills and Levels (from Profile)
Individual team members can manage their skills and levels within their individual user profiles. Skills can be added or removed and levels can be assigned or updated.
- Click your profile icon at the top right.
- Select Profile from the dropdown.
- Scroll down to Skills.
- Previously assigned skills will appear.
- Click Edit Skills.
- Select the skill and corresponding level.
- Repeat as required, selecting any other applicable skills and corresponding level.
- Click Save.
