The company's JIRA environment is linked to Tempo and our hours are registered there. Up until recently hours registered in Tempo came over to Forecast but no longer. Why is that?
Answer
To bring over hours registered in Tempo, Forecast relies on an API token that you provide us with and we then implement. Over time and for several technical reasons that token might get deprecated. This leads to data not flowing from Tempo to Forecast anymore.
In most cases, the creation and implementation of a new token resolve the issue, and any hours that were not brought over originally will come over to your Forecast environment after the nightly sync.
