Forecast's integration with Harvest is a two-way one, meaning users have the ability to register and sync time from Forecast tasks over to Harvest.

Registering time in Forecast
Like with regular tasks, Forecast allows for registering time on Harvest tasks in the different ways. To learn more about how to register time in Forecast, see Registering your time in Forecast. You can register time against Harvest tasks by:
- Registering time with the timer.
- Logging time on tasks.
- Logging time in Timesheets.
Registering time with the Timer
The timer is a quick and effective way of adding time to any projects or tasks. This includes Harvest tasks in Forecast projects, while in Forecast.
To register time with the timer
- In the profile dropdown, select Show timer.
- Start the timer within Forecast on the top of the page.
- Stop the timer.
- From the dropdown menu select on which task/project to register time on.
- Click Add.
Logging time on tasks
To log time on a task
- Open the task modal.
- Type in the time entry.
- Select the Harvest task from the dropdown menu.
- Click Add.
Logging time in Timesheets
To log time in the timesheet
- Go to My Timesheets.
- From the project dropdown menu select the project linked to Harvest, then the Forecast task and the Harvest task.
- Type in the time entry.
- Click Add.
Editing time entries
Forecast also allows users to edit time entries in any project linked to Harvest. This can be done the same way one would edit regular time entries in Forecast, either through the task modal or through "My Timesheets".
