Accessing Forecast Reporting

Forecast Reporting can be accessed by any user with a permission profile that allows them to 'See and manage reports'. By default, some roles like Coordinators and Managers have limited access to particular reports depending on their permission profile settings. For more information about access permissions, see About permissions profiles and how they work.

To access Forecast Standard Reports

1. Click on Reports.
2. Select All reports.

Overview of Forecast Standard Reports

Forecast provides a series of standard reports that allow you to get an overview and analyze the data from the get-go. The reports that you can create in just a few clicks are:

• Project Portfolio Report: The Project Portfolio Report is a financial report. In it, you can view the financials of your entire portfolio of projects. Learn more by visiting Project Portfolio Report
  
• Utilization Report: The Utilization Report gives you all the information that you may need in regards to your team members' utilization within your company. Review how much time you allocated to each team member and how much they have registered, among other options. To learn more, visit Overview of Utilization Report
  
• Time Registered Report: The Time Registered Report allows a user to review all of the time registered on tasks and projects across their entire portfolio of projects. To learn more about this report and how to utilize it, visit Overview of Time Registered Report.
• Task Report: The Task Report allows a user to review all of the tasks that exist currently in their Forecast account. From this report, it is possible to review how far along a task is, who is assigned to it, the cost accumulated thus far, and more. Creating a Forecast Report

You can get a more accurate picture of success at your company, by creating reports perfectly tailored to your business and processes. You can customize these reports and keep track of your progress through your dashboard, which can be shared with internal and external users.
