Overview of Company Account Details
In the Details tab you can find generic settings that apply for all your users.
Address and Logo
In the address and logo section you are able to change the following details:
- Company name
- Add/edit Street address, Zip Code, City, Country
- VAT Number: any applicable VAT number for your company.
Currency
From here you can set the company-wide currency that your company works with. Whenever you try to create a new rate card for your projects this will be the default currency associated with it. However, you can always swap a rate card to another currency if you have clients that work with other currencies. To learn more see, Configuring your Rate Cards and Configuring Currencies and for more information.
Default Working Hours
From this setting you can set the company default working hours throughout the week. Days that have 0 hours attached to it will be grayed out.
Weekend Settings
In this section administrators are able to select whether they wish to:
- Include weekends (Company Level): This means that weekends will always show for everyone on the calendars of the Timeline of a project, and also on the Schedule People page. Weekends are reflected across the platform for all project planning purposes. If weekends are set as non-working days (0h) this means that any estimated time set on a task that runs through a weekend, will be evenly distributed across the working days that the task spans across.
- Exclude weekends (Company Level): This will exclude weekends and hide them for everyone on the calendars of the Timeline of a project, and also on the Schedule People page. Weekends will not be reflected across the platform for all project planning purposes and cannot be used across the account. This means that projects, phases, sprints, tasks and allocations cannot be scheduled on weekends, and will therefore not be considered in the planning.
- Show/Hide weekends toggle (User Level): This option allows individual users to decide whether they should show or hide weekends, however their personal choice will only apply to them. Weekends can be toggled on or off via the eye icon by any user in your company across all timelines (Schedule People, Schedule Projects and project Timeline). This may impact your project planning e.g.: if a tasks falls within a weekend and the weekends are toggled off, tasks may not appear in the project timelines or people schedule.
Note: This last option will only be available for legacy customers. Any new customers after January 23rd 2023 will not be able to view this option.
Time zone
From here you can set the time zone that your company is in, which impacts particular settings like, the chosen time zone defines the time in which notifications are sent.

- Billable Utilization Target: this is the target you set for your company which can then be viewed in the Utilization Report. To learn more about the Utilization report, see Overview of Utilization Report.
- Resource Organization: this setting allows you to decide how you want to manage your resources and how you want to view your heatmap e.g. Allocation based or Task-Based.
