With Custom Permissions administrators have the ability to edit the access of each permission level in the Forecast account and it also provides the ability to create new permission profiles to reflect your organisation's needs. Creating a custom permission profile
To create a custom permission profile
- Click on your profile icon, then select Admin.
- From the Admin panel click on the Permissions tab.
- At the bottom of your existing profiles, type in the empty text field the name of the new profile.
- Click on the + button.
- Once the permission profile is created, click on the Edit button to select the access rights and permission for this specific role.
Editing an existing permission profile
With the exception of the Admin profile, every other profile can be edited to include and remove certain permissions.
To edit a permission profile
- Click on your profile icon, then select Admin.
- From the Admin panel click on the Permissions tab.
- Click on the Edit button.
- Check the permissions that you would like to enable or disable for that particular profile
- Click Save.
