Administrators can automatically allow users to join the account by using a specific email domain, without having to invite each user manually. This option is particularly useful if you want to allow many users to join the platform and your organisation has specific business email domains (i.e. not @gmail.com @yahoo.com).
Users joining the account automatically are granted the Collaborator permission profile. To learn more about permissions, see About permissions profiles and how they work.
To automatically allow users to join by domain:
- Click on your profile icon on the top-right of the page.
- From the dropdown select Admin > Details.
- Scroll down to 'Domains that can automatically join this company'.
- Type the domain that you want to allow.
- Click on 'Add Domain'.
