Forecast has different notifications types that can be configured for the company's account. In this article, we will cover the notifications that can be set for your all your users at the company account level. To read more about the individual notifications and how to manage them, see:

Accessing your Company's Notification Settings
To access your company's notification settings
- Click Admin in the navigation ribbon.
- Select Notification Settings from the dropdown.
- Toggle on the notifications you want to enable.
Types of Company Notifications
| Title | Description |
| Send Timesheet Reminder |
An email reminder for users who haven't registered the required amount of hours. The system will check for missing time registrations for the period of time selected under 'Check missing time registrations for'.

| Send Project Digest Reminder |
An email notification to provide users an overview of all ongoing projects and their status.

Managing your Company Notifications
Company-wide notifications include Timesheet Reminders and Project Digest Reminders. If enabled, Timesheet Reminders will email all users who have not completed a timesheet based on the selected settings. Project Digest Reminders sends an overview of all ongoing projects and their status to all users assigned to the role/s selected.
To enable Timesheet Reminders
- Click Admin in the navigation ribbon.
- Select Notification Settings in the dropdown.
- Toggle on Send Timesheet Reminder.
- Select the weekday the reminder emails will be sent.
- Select the time of day the reminder emails will be sent.
- Select the time period to review in Check missing time registrations for:
- Previous 7 days - checks for missing time registrations in the previous 7 days, not inclusive of the day the timesheet reminder is sent.

Previous 7 days, including the day when the reminder is sent - checks for missing time registrations in the previous 7 days including the day selected the reminder email is sent.
Note: Previous 7 days includes all calendar days, not just working days.
To enable Project Digest Reminders
- Click Admin in the navigation ribbon.
- Select Notification Settings from the dropdown.
- Toggle on Send Project Digest Reminders.
- Select the weekday the reminder emails will be sent.
- Select the time of day the reminder emails will be sent.
- In Recipient, select the roles who shall receive Project Digest Reminders.
- You may select as many roles as you need.
- Project Digest email sends to all users assigned to the selected role/s.
