Exporting invoices from Forecast to Sage Intacct
With the integration it is possible to export invoices created initially in Forecast to your Sage Intacct accounting software.
To export Forecast invoices with Sage Intacct
- Browse to the project that has the invoices that need to be synced to Sage Intacct.
- Head over to Financials > Invoicing on the left sidebar.
- Select the invoice that needs to be synced with Sage Intacct and press ‘Export’. You may need to scroll to the right on the invoices table to see the ‘Export’ button.

In the pop-up select the following in the drop-downs at the top of the screen:

Customer

Sage Intacct Account
-
Sage Intacct Location (or subsidiary)

- Click ‘Export’ to export the invoice to Sage Intacct.
Manually syncing invoices with Sage Intacct
Once your invoices are exported to Sage, Forecast automatically updates the status of your invoices every hour. If the payment status of the invoices needs to be synced earlier than the hourly sync, it is possible to manually sync the status from the Invoicing page.
Note: Depending on the number of invoices, the manually sync might take some time.
To sync manually the invoices with Sage Intacct
- Browse to the project that has the invoices that need to be synced to Sage Intacct.
- Head over to Financials > Invoicing on the left sidebar.
- Click on "Synchronize" above the list of invoices for the project.
