How can I re-invite team members onto the platform?
If, for any reason, a team member does not have access to the platform, either because they did not receive an email, or their email address was originally registered incorrectly, they can use the Forgot Password functionality in Forecast's login page to receive a new email to reset their password.
To reset the password
- Go to https://app.forecast.it/login
- Click on the Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address as it appears on the user's Forecast profile.
The user will then receive a new email, and after following the link and the instructions provided, will be able to gain access to Forecast.
