Advanced Analytics users are not listed when I try to share a dashboard with them

I am trying to share an Advanced Analytics dashboard but I don't see the user when searching for them in the share dashboard menu. Why?

Answer

In order to share an Advanced Analytics dashboard with a user, the user must first have access to Advanced Analytics, either as a Designer or Viewer. If the user does have Designer or Viewer permission, it is likely that the link between the Advanced Analytics user and their Forecast profile has not yet been made. To confirm, you will see the user name linked to Advanced Analytics in the user's individual Forecast profile.  If the user's profile does not show a link to Advanced Analytics, it means they have not yet accessed Advanced Analytics and must do so in order to link the profiles.  To link the profiles, the user must click on the 'Go To Analytics' button under Advanced Analytics in the Company tab.  Once the user accesses Advanced Analytics, the profiles will link and their name should now appear when searching for the user to share dashboards.
